In Aphrodite's view of the world, medusa speaks of irony: she suffers humiliation and is abandoned by a man. She lives alone at the end of the earth -- the darkness is boundless, and she can never face her lover... The serpent's eye, etched in her heart, gazed at the dull and painful cry, the shriek with heavy breathing, the eyes so odious, forgotten by the world in the depths of darkness.

Who could save her? Who could feel her whisper? Tear heart crack lung and liver and intestines broken by endless circulation, make her hate every person or god who has love. Face it, fear it and surrender it! Aphrodite praised the curse of medusa and made all living creatures applaud the great evil.
